South Fork Ranch: Tea Party attendees in the thousands
The estimates, this morning, were set at 37,000 attending the Tea Party at South Fork Ranch in Parker, Texas. We were some of the first to arrive and to leave, the heat was horrid and the sun, as Texas sun can be, was taking a bead on the fairest heads in attendance. We met some great Americans and even as we left, more people arrived. As was expected, the invitation to Jeananne Garofalo went unanswered. It’s easy to assume that there is a major difference in running one’s mouth on the television, and facing the people you sought to verbally bash. Had Ms. Garofalo attended, she would have met people of all races, religions, and party affiliations. It was a great day, and there will be many more to come until the good ole boys in Washington D. C. start listening to the people that they have forgotten to serve.
