Could it Get Worse: Embarrassment, disgrace, and fear

Published by dfallis under Living, Politics Edit This

When Jimmy Carter’s four long years were up, I thought ‘well, we’re finally rid of the most embarrassing president of our time, now we can move on.’ I was wrong; the most embarrassing man to ever take the oath of President of the United States is the sitting president, the One, and God willing, the only Barack Hussein Obama.

His inexperience concerned me most when he took office, but that was a short lived worry as he began to go about the world insulting allies, and making confidants of thuggie-dictators. His apologies, bowing and scraping, and religious insults, only heightened the fears that this man’s inexperience would come to be the least of our worries. As the months have passed, his ego has not allowed him to understand that the Russians were playing he and Clinton for fools, Ahmadinejad thought him a fool from their first meeting, and the Israelis-allies for as long as I can remember life-have become the scapegoats for the supposedly oppressed Palestinians and the damage done the Israelis has been done by a sitting American president. Shame on the ego-riddled ignorant slob of a soulless bit of flesh for having thought the American people so gullible as to pass over his disregard for our country. Shame on him for having taken a hearty dump all over our allies. Shame on him and the democrats for having played the race card as an illogical rebuttal to the voices of Americans and their opposition to his ideology.

It cannot get worse, we are the laughing stock of the world and there is no one left to defend the rights and decent treatment of the truly oppressed and denied. There is no country that will arrive to aid a helpless hopeless cause in Europe, Central America, South America, or any other den where any evil might rear it’s head. Far from being some evil oppressive force, the United States has been the answer to the call of evil and demonic fascism the world over. We are not what this man has unabashedly made us out to be in the forums of the world court, but we are a proud race of people who deserve much better than this wimpy, self-centered dog of a man. Shame on us, if we do not put this man out of office and find someone who might be able to repair the damage done before our country ranks highest among third world disgrace.

Dump the Government: Buy a cow

Published by dfallis under Humor, Living, News, Pets, Politics Edit This

If you go out and buy a cow-okay, you do have to go to auction but it’s a small price to pay-then you take it home it will eat and give you milk. The government, on the other hand and in particular congress, is bought at our expense by lobbyist with less-than honest agendas. So, buy a cow.

Last week was a horrible week, especially for those in Texas. The shootings at Fort Hood, the copycat shootings in Florida, and we lost a friend in an accident that can only be categorized as stupid and unforgivable. Sunday, a week ago, my husband bowled the luckiest game any bowler can ever wish for, and on Thursday evening a man who has always had a smile for everyone, also bowled a 300 game. He and his nephew chose to celebrate at a local club and around 2 in the morning the celebration ended with his death and the arrest of his nephew. It’s hard to conceive that a man can bowl the luckiest game of a bowler’s life and die in one of the unluckiest ways, but it happens when you mix alcohol and a vehicle. Because things are what they are in the world today, workforce wise, my husband and I will not be able to make it to his funeral this afternoon but we will miss his smile, his mild manner, and his bowling.

There are two things that I will never understand in this life; how the government can call itself a democracy and ignore the wishes and needs of it’s constituency, and why people do not decide to go home to celebrate a truly great event. I certainly do not understand Obama’s wish to put off the investigation of the shootings at Fort Hood, or why he wants to try the terrorist who murdered so many in a federal court as opposed to military court. I don’t understand why he chooses to give them the opportunity to walk away from murdering almost 3 thousand people…much of what is being done today, I do not understand. But, we need more cows and milk in government and less bull sh*t. We need laws that will make it mandatory for bartenders to call a cab for those who have had too much to drink, because without a law the customer is free to walk out the door. And, and this is the big one, we need our government to start putting the people first and the interest of lobbyist last.

Buy a cow and ride it home from the bar. Fire the politicians and hire men who have some interest in keeping this country free.

A Celebration of Liberation: The Berlin Wall

Published by dfallis under Living, News, Politics Edit This

To those not old enough to remember the wall that stood as a divider between families and a country, it probably does seem significant that one man saw the wall for what it was; a tragic reminder that where socialism, communism, and fascism live, no family unit is safe. That was the Berlin Wall.

Imagine if you will, that your mother lives two blocks away but you cannot visit here because there is a wall standing only a block away. A wall that you cannot cross without proper authorization, and within a set time limit; sometimes the authorization would not come in time to see a loved one before they died. It stood as a symbol of the paranoia that one country felt threatened their superiority and governance. It separated mother from son and father from daughter, and even husbands from wives. It was a weapon of the treachery of those in power to stem any dissent against the newly established borders between Heaven and Hell in Germany.

You may idolize socialism as evener of men and families, but socialism always leads to communism and communism is just one facet of the fascism that has imprisoned so many souls.

Mass Shootings: Fort Hood, TX, and Orlando, FL

Published by dfallis under Health, Living, News, Politics Edit This

There has been nothing funny about the last two days, and with the new unemployment numbers, it may get worse.

We don’t really know, any of us, why someone snaps and turns lose their rage on the people around them or an ex-employer, but it’s certain that this year has spawned a too many deaths. Most marriages come to an end over financial troubles, a good many suicides are reported when job loses are high, and people that have difficulty handling the world-when things are good-tend to turn to violence when things get bad. The man who killed and maimed so many at Fort Hood, yesterday, was said to be angry over deployment to the Middle-East, and angry with Obama over his failure to pull the men out of Iraq and the war in Afghanistan. It appears, with what is known, that the man in Orlando was an ex-employ. Whatever the case, yours or a friend, the answer to any bad situation is never a gun.

Get counseling, get help, but do not pick up a gun to solve a problem. Too few of the moments meant to give a person their 15-minutes of fame, are things that your mother, father, brothers, and sisters, will be able to point to and say, “That was my family member.” Your actions don’t just punish you; they punish those who love you.

For information and coverage of the Orlando situation, turn to Fox News or their web site.

Fox News: 1:20 p.m. The shooter has been arrested.

Virginia and New Jersey: A lesson for Congress

Published by dfallis under Humor, Living, News, Politics Edit This

The election results were not just a referendum on Obama and the Democrats, they were the people striking back at the government the only way they can in a peaceful fashion; by voting the corruption and spending out of their states. The congress men and women that wish to keep their seats in the senate in 2010, might want to take a long hard look at what did happen in two states where government got out of control before they vote in favor of the massively inadequate, over the top spending in the proposed health care reform bill. Americans cast a loud vote saying, “We’re mad as hell and we won’t take it anymore!”

Madame Pelosi says she has listened to the voice of the people while overseeing the health care reform; however, her little voices in her head must be talking too loud for her to hear the real people. The Democrats are in denial now, but in the next year they best get around to the reality that socialism and any attempts toward that end will be halted by the American people. No doubt, they would love to see us all scattered, bloody and bleeding before they would have the good sense to STOP SPENDING what the people cannot cover monetarily…it’s just not that simple. Madame, have you heard the people now…or are those the Nazi, redneck, racist-inbred, that you thought you heard this past summer?

Hillary Clinton and the Party of No Blame

Published by dfallis under Humor, News, Politics Edit This

Greta Van Susteren is a kind and extremely fair hostess with her guest, even those who are making totally absurd remarks, as with Hillary Clinton who seems to have forgotten that their her husband Willy Bill failed to deal with Al Qaeda when the time was right. Greta asked why the Pakistani people are now blaming us for the advanced state of the Taliban-now, we all know they would not associate with Al Qaeda-aggression. While forgetting about the 8-years her husband spent in office ignoring problems in that region, Hillary placed the blame and mistrust on George W. Bush.

Giving the dog his dues, George W. screwed up a few times…and that would put him the league of extraordinary men who have actually led this nation and not always been in the right place at the right time. Willy Bill Clinton is in that same league, as Tom Snyder pointed out when men were sent to bomb Afghanistan during Monica-Gate. Snyder said that the men who piloted those planes should have a picture of Monica Lewinsky so that they would know what their mission was really about…just post a picture of her in each plane. Willy Bill Clinton is one of a few men able to balance the budget, in his last year as president, but he also had the bad sense to send American jobs overseas through NAFTA, which led to a loss of jobs and an economically dangerous situation-so proud that our loss has made the Chinese people’s lives easier. The lists of wrongs and rights with each president since George Washington has to be measured equally or the party of no blame gets away with murdering reputations through slander.

I wondered, until this past week, how anyone could think that Hillary Clinton could act in diplomatic matters with a sense of style, decorum, and good sense; then it was made clear that Obama needed Clinton allies to carry out his radical agenda. Lest we forget, Hillary Clinton-while first lady of this nation-was thrown out of a New York bar for abusive language towards another patron. When confronted, she tried to remind the proprietor that she was first lady. The proprietor/management still took the necessary actions because poor behavior applied, at that time, to everyone. Hillary’s penchant for bullying the opponent will not work in the world of diplomacy, and mistrust between Pakistan and the United States did not start with George W. Bush, nor will it end with Barack Obama and his legion of misfits.

Duct tape, new clothes, and a better hairstyle for Hillary will serve diplomatic purposes better than blaming the former administration.

Political Backstabbing: The people want answers

Published by dfallis under Humor, Living, News, Politics Edit This

My husband told me, not long back, that when he finally had had all of the political “BS” he could take; he would likely run for congress. While it’s not clear where he would come by the funds to undertake such a race, it’s starting to hit many working-class men in the same vein. Though the common man is not seeking to secure a congressional seat, many feel that they could do a far-better job than that done by the present congress. They do not feel obligated to backstab the congressmen and women, in fact most would let the records of those presently screwing up the system stand for themselves. Little need be said about the massive-corruption taking place in Washington D. C. within congress and the present administration.

Frankly, my own preference would be to undergo water boarding with bamboo shoots shoved under my nails than to take part in the congressional backstabbing and deal making while securing pork stimulated packages for lobbyist. A piece in the Washington Times pointed out clearly what most of the voters are feeling about elections, politicians, and media influence; we’re fed up with the combination of mud slinging, and poll-driven opinions that have wrecked havoc on what was once a decent process undertaken by the public to insure proper representation in the halls of congress. The one thing that most voters, whether they are Democrats, Republicans, or Independents, will agree upon is that we are fed up with the candidates throwing shadows upon one another instead of talking about the issues that their districts face. It’s immature, ugly, unhelpful, and most of all unnecessary. We can smell a skunk without someone pointing out the stripe down his or her back.

It is unlikely that the man choosing to run for office will have worked a 9 to 5 job, manual labor, or have a real sense of what the public needs, but with all the angry and slanderous campaigning that has become the “norm” during election races its difficult to know which of the men that has thrown in his hat might have a brain beneath it. When he awakens, does he have to peel off the dollar signs over his eyes, or do they appear shortly after the first cup of Latte? Will he even remember the people that elected him once he gets into a routine of appeasing lobbyist and dealing his constituents the short end of the stick to supplement his ever-growing need to accumulate wealth? The long and the short of an election race are dependent upon the politician that holds the least amount of animosity towards his district. It’s little wonder they sling mud at one another due to the depth of earth they crawl out from under.

One Trillion Plus for Health Care: An ocean of money

Published by dfallis under Health, Humor, Living, News, Politics Edit This

Has anyone ever actually seen $1 trillion? If that much money were dropped on the little town where I live, it would require the residents to “dig out” of the money so that they could leave their homes. It is like a blizzard of green raining down from Heaven. Superman could not fly through a storm of money that added up to trillions of dollars. Okay, all joking aside, it’s a “chit-pot-full” of money. You can read Forbes 500 and never see a man or family whose fortune is estimated to be $1 trillion, but that does not deter our congress from spending that amount on 15 percent of the population in order to give us all truly bad medicine.

The CBO estimates that the bill, as it stands, will cost $600 billion over the next 10-years, and that is without the piece of legislature they have worked on to reimburse doctors for Medicare that will total another $247 billion. If every working-class Joe went to Capitol Hill, right now, and emptied his bank account on the steps of the Congressional building, we could not begin to pay for the expansive health care monster that Madame Pelosi is bragging about having written under her tutelage. Even if Madame Pelosi had her husband’s assets liquidated and dumped-yea, that’s going to happen-on the steps it would make little difference in the monetary long run.

If every working-class Joe’s bank account won’t cover this monster bill and only 15 percent of the population is the problem, then why is congress punishing the bulk of the people to pay for it? Good question, but there is only one answer; it’s not about health care, it’s about corruption and control. All hail the “narced-up” Pelosi for her efforts in raping the United States under the guise of better medical treatment for the poor and illegal of this nation.

Historic: The over-used word

Published by dfallis under Humor, Living, News, Politics Edit This

Many catch phrases become over-used, as people tend to think themselves chic by the usage of the phrase. “Less is more,” most often used to describe decorative trends, became annoying as every word-wise punk began to tell their audience that simplicity was the way to go. “Yo momma,” has started more fights than greedy men seeking power, and “bling-bling” got terribly tiresome and boring after the fifty-fifth use of the phrase. The numerous movies that have “I’ve got a really bad feeling about this” in their dialogue, at some point, became predictable. So with words counting for more than actions, the Obama administration has begun labeling every policy or attempted policy and program as “a history-making event.”

Hillary Clinton in describing her attempts to resolve the issue of legitimate power in Honduras has told the press that her efforts are “an historic agreement.” Olympia Snowe decided to flip-flop on her history-making signature, and Nancy Pelosi described the 1990-page health care proposal as a historic event on Wednesday. Everything that has been done under this administration has become a “historic event.”

It’s surprising that the first real constitutional Obama took after moving into the White House was not bagged and labeled for historic content.

When man discovered that round things roll that was historic. When the first really, really cold individual found out that friction could create heat that was historic. When the first light bulb shown on history, all hailed the invention as “historic,” but policy making deals that might condemn a population to servitude, congressional spending out of control, and a government ignoring the will of the people it has sworn to protect, are not historic events. These are the things that lead to historic events such as revolution, war, and the signing of peace treaties after the facts.

Yes, even noble words can get tiresome when over-used by dimwitted politicians.

Liberal Philosophy: Children for use, abuse, and abortion

Published by dfallis under Health, Humor, Living, News, Politics Edit This

Seems the only time that the liberals remember the little people of this nation is when they are interested in promoting a cause, or interested in population control and indoctrination. The latest liberal video in support of health care reform sounds as if it were written by Representative Grayson of Florida as children rebuke those who are against the proposed package by saying that we want them to die. If such a stretch of the imagination were possible, then that would still put the conservative ahead of the liberal in that we would at least give them life and protection while they are still in the womb.

It was insulting, to say the least, that the Democrats used Christianity in one earlier attempt to make the majority fold to it’s will, but this latest has surpassed insulting and has become disgusting. The Democrats are “all-in” on support of abortion and yet they use the children that would not exist-left up to them-to now shame those who do not support their efforts to socialize medicine. What they are doing, in fact what anyone does by attempting to use children to gain favor for appropriations, is to abuse the most innocent minds and bodies of children.

How many people believe that children in an age range whose idols are Mylie Cyrus and Optumus Prime actually understand what health care is all about? They do not understand the deficit, nor do they much know or care what a president and congress really does for or too the people. They understand simpler things, such as playtime is cool and school is boring. Barbie and Ken don’t want to be senators; they want to be rock stars. My 3-year-old granddaughter does not understand the true meaning behind why Dora and Kai Lan teach her alternate words for the words she is still learning in English, she just thinks they’re her friends and until she knows otherwise I will allow her to watch the cartoons.

The children used in commercials and videos to teach the adults what they should do are pawns in a game that has become more dangerous than most of us realize. The use, abuse, and abortion, of young minds are ugly tools of propaganda that do nothing but anger people of the Christian faith and belief in freedom. What has become all the more worrisome is that adults, supposedly acting as guardians to these children, have allowed them to be used for a purpose that has monetary assignments that will cripple their futures. Granted, there are those amongst us that groom their children to earn them a fine living-stage moms, desperate has-been dads, and the lot-but there is no purpose behind using children to further a political agenda and no excuse for having done so. Videos and commercials using children to further a political agenda are on a par with the Balloon Boy’s parents attempt to get a reality show.

Bonnie, Clyde, and the gang-here to fore known as Pelosi, Reid, and the liberals-have reached new human lows in their desperation to gain control of medical profits and the minds of the American people.
